Joe Lombardi, Daily Voice's Managing Editor, has spent his professional career as a newsroom director, manager, editor, producer, writer, reporter and broadcaster who has worked at major websites, television networks, newspapers, magazines and radio stations and as a book author.

The Manhattan native, Irvington (NY) High School and University of Dayton graduate has been actively involved in web publishing for more than 25 years. In addition, he also has expertise in marketing, public relations and social media.

Lombardi rejoined Daily Voice in September 2013 as managing editor after serving as sports editorial consultant from August 2011 through January 2012. He was named to oversee editorial operations in the fall of 2017.

Long Island Man Charged With DWI After Fatal Two-Car Crash A Long Island man has been charged with while intoxicated following a fatal crash overnight. The crash happened on Sunday, Jan. 12, 2020 at approximately 4 a.m. in Shirley. Jordan Randolph, 40, of Bellport, was driving a 2014 Cadillac northbound on William Floyd Parkway when his vehicle rear-ended a 2015 Ford just south of Rose Executive Boulevard, Suffolk County Police said. Suspect Nabbed In Knifepoint Long Island Gas Station Robbery After a months-long investigation, a suspect has been nabbed for a knifepoint Long Island gas station robbery. Beloved High School Soccer Coach ID'd As Victim Of Fatal House Fire A beloved high school soccer coach has been identified as the victim of a fatal house fire that broke out over the weekend.
