Joe Lombardi, Daily Voice's Managing Editor, has spent his professional career as a newsroom director, manager, editor, producer, writer, reporter and broadcaster who has worked at major websites, television networks, newspapers, magazines and radio stations and as a book author.

The Manhattan native, Irvington (NY) High School and University of Dayton graduate has been actively involved in web publishing for more than 25 years. In addition, he also has expertise in marketing, public relations and social media.

Lombardi rejoined Daily Voice in September 2013 as managing editor after serving as sports editorial consultant from August 2011 through January 2012. He was named to oversee editorial operations in the fall of 2017.

Trio Force Victims Out Of Mercedes-Benz, Speed Off In Stolen Vehicle, Nassau County Police Say Police are searching for suspects who forced two occupants out of their Mercedes-Benz before speeding off in the stolen vehicle. The incident happened Saturday, Nov. 30 at 4:40 p.m. in Lakeview. New Rochelle HS Football Team Takes State Title - Minus Head Coach It would have been understandable if all the attention given to the reassignment of head coach Lou DiRienzo proved to be too much of a distraction for the New Rochelle High School football team to overcome in the state playoffs. Boy Dies After Being Struck By SUV On Long Island A teenage boy who was struck by an SUV on Long Island has died after being hospitalized with serious injuries. The crash happened Friday, Nov. 29 at 6 p.m. in Massapequa Park, Nassau County Police said. Police Search For Dark-Colored SUV After Injuring Pedestrian In Hit-Run Bridgeport Crash Police are searching for a suspect whose SUV dragged a male pedestrian in a hit-and-run crash in Bridgeport.
