Steven Oliemuller II, 35, was charged by grand jury recommendation with homicide in the death of Alexus Quay, 20, WFMZ reports. Oliemuller is accused of causing head, back, face and arm injuries to Quay, who was found dead inside their Lower Milford Township home on June 18, 2018.
