Driver In Yorktown Crash That Killed Four Was Steering With Knees The driver responsible for a crash on the Taconic Parkway in Yorktown in August 2015 that killed four people, including his daughter, was arraigned in court Friday after prosecutors said he was driving with his knees before the crash occurred.  Nerim Sinanovic, a 34-year-old resident of the Bronx, was charged with four counts of criminally negligent homicide (a Class E felony), one count of reckless driving, a misdemeanor and a charge of speeding.
