Ramapo Supervisor Unveils Proposed Budget RAMAPO, N.Y. -- Under Supervisor Yitzchok Ullman's proposed budget, Ramapo residents are getting a tax decrease. Ullman unveiled his proposed budget at a town board meeting Tuesday. The budget cuts spending by six percent. Residents who live in unincorporated Ramapo will see a tax decrease of 3.2 percent. Residents who live in one of Ramapo's villages will see their taxes decrease by 8.2 percent.
