Actor Michael Rapaport Spotted On Woody Allen Set In Westchester BRIARCLIFF, N.Y. --Michael Rapaport is the latest actor to join Woody Allen's TV show, which is filming on Scarborough Road in Briarcliff. Rapaport, who has worked with Allen on "Mighty Aphrodite" and "Small Time Crooks" said he plays a cop on the TV show, which will stream on Amazon later this year. "Working with Woody is the best," Rapaport said. "He's amazing." Last week, Miley Cyrus, who also stars on the TV show was spotted at Whole Foods in White Plains last week.  Woody Allen's show is expected to be in Briarcliff for the next five weeks.

Voloto, Miller Elected In Cold Spring Village Elections COLD SPRING, N.Y. -- Steve Voloto and Lynn Miller are the newest members of the Cold Spring Village Board. The two were elected Tuesday night, with 400 votes and 383 votes, respectively. Barney Molloy came in 3rd with 281 votes according to unofficial results from the Putnam County Board of Elections. Cold Spring residents also voted to move their village elections from March to November, approving the referendum 340 votes to 291 votes.  The first November elections will be in 2018.
