Dog Reported Missing In Armonk Is Found ARMONK, N.Y. -- The Gaeta family in West Harrison is relieved to have their dog, Murphy, back safe and sound after he ran off in Armonk. Murphy, who went missing on Dec. 26, was found on Wednesday near Frog Rock Road. The woodle had run away from his dog walker while his leash was still attached in the Betsy Sluder Nature Preserve. The dog was found through the help of Nicole Asher of Norwalk-based Buddah Dog Rescue and Recovery. Asher was able to pinpoint where Murphy was and set up a humane trap to find him.
