The Ossining Historic Cemeteries Conservancy, along with the Ossining Parks and Recreation Department, are hosting the Forest of Fears Hayride Oct. 24 at Cedar Lane Park. Charles Gulian, a senior at Ossining High School, is one of 30 people to be named a finalist by Siemens.
