Peekskill Police Investigate Hanging At Parking Garage PEEKSKILL, N.Y. -- Peekskill Police are investigating the death of a man who was seen hanging from the James Street Parking Garage. Police first heard about the incident at 3:30 p.m. Police at the scene declined to provide any further details, but said it took about an hour to clear the scene.
