Ossining's Saniya Chong Makes WNBA Roster OSSINING, N.Y. -- Saniya Chong's WNBA dreams are coming to fruition. Chong, who graduated from Ossining High School, is one of 12 players on the roster of the Dallas Wings, who made final cuts Wednesday night. Chong was drafted 26th overall by the Wings last month. The Wings season kicks off Sunday against Phoenix, while Chong returns home to face the New York Liberty on June 2. After being spotted Monday morning at Somers, Indy was spotted Monday night in Katonah.  Andrea Kreckler was driving up her Garlen Road driveway, between Routes 35 and Route 22  with her 8-year-old daughter Ruby and noticed her dogs were barking like crazy. Yorktown Police Dish Out 39 Tickets During Distracted Driving Detail MOHEGAN LAKE, N.Y. --The Yorktown Police Department and the Alliance for Safe Kids once again teamed up to fight distracted driving. On Wednesday, the police conducted a distracted driving detail at the intersection of Route 6 and Mohegan Avenue in Mohegan Lake.
