Man Charged After Threatening Victim With Pistol In Yorktown, Police Say YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- A 21-year-old Ossining man was arrested and charged after Yorktown police say he displayed and pointed a pistol at another person. Jorge Andres Caranugi was charged with menacing in the second degree, a Class A misdemeanor, after the incident, which occurred on April 28, police said. Caranugi was arraigned and released on $250 bail and is due back in court on May 16.

Supervisor Michael Grace said the town will go back to the drawing board on the Freshwater Wetlands Protection Ordinance. Ramel Allen of New York City resident was arrested and charged with grand larceny in the fourth degree, a Class E felony.
