Concordia Clippers Men's Golf Team Places Third At NCAA Super Regionals BRONXVILLE, N.Y. -- The Concordia Clippers men's golf program placed third overall at the NCAA Division II Atlantic East Super Regionals on Wednesday to earn its first ever spot in the NCAA DII National Championship.  Concordia placed two golfers in the top-10, one of four programs to do so in a field of 20 teams and 108 players overall.  Sophomore Mark Kilpatrick would earn a fifth place finish as he shot a 221, plus-five, in three rounds. Croton-Harmon School Budget Decreases Spending CORTLANDT, N.Y. -- The Croton-Harmon school district has put forth a 2016-17 budget proposal to the community for Tuesday's election that represents an overall decrease compared with the current year’s budget.  In addition, the spending plan falls below the district’s mandated tax levy cap, preserves current programs and enriches additional learning opportunities for students at every grade level.
