Construction Forces Route 9A Closures In Ossining OSSINING, N.Y. -- Beginning at 9 p.m. Friday, Route 9A will be closed at the Pleasantville Road overpass until 5 a.m. the next morning due to state Department of Transportation construction activity.Residents should plan evening travels accordingly. In addition, there will be left-lane closures between Hawkes Avenue and Pleasantville Road. Take note of detour signage and avoid this area if possible until work is complete.
