Frances Dondlinger, 82, Of Poughkeepsie POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. -- Frances Dondlinger, 82 of Poughkeepsie died on Monday, April 11, at Mid Hudson Regional Hospital at Westchester Medical Center.Dondlinger was born on Sept. 13, 1933 in Poughkeepsie to Angelo Bonahue and Catharine Casaburo.  A local resident all of her life, she was educated at Poughkeepsie Schools. Michael T. McElroy, 76, New Rochelle Resident NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- Michael T. McElroy, a longtime resident of New Rochelle, died on Thursday, April 14. He was 76. McElroy, was born on Aug. 9, 1939 in County Roscommon, Ireland, to Michael and Kathleen (Durkin) McElroy.  He was a retired New Rochelle firefighter who served the city for more than 36 years. He was an Army veteran who was a member of American Legion Post 8, the Irish Benevolent Society and the New Rochelle Elks Club.  His wife, Annie Forde McElroy, died in 2008.  He is survived by his daughter, Kathy (James) Mallon and his son, Michael P.
