Handmade Little Free Libraries Will Spring Up Soon In Norwalk NORWALK, Conn. -- Three Little Free Libraries are soon to be installed around Norwalk. Handmade by Roman Potrykus of New England Building and Management Corp., the Norwalk Little Free Libraries will be placed in three locations: outside the George Washington Carver Community Center at 7 Academy St. and two other locations to be determined.
