Helen Hayes Hospital Hosts Blood Drive In West Haverstraw WEST HAVERSTRAW, N.Y. -- Helen Hayes Hospital in West Haverstraw will host a Blood Drive on Thursday April 7, 2016, from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eligible participants must be 16 or older, in good health, weigh at least 110 pounds and not have donated whole blood in the last 56 days or made an ALYX donation (red blood cells) in the last 112 days.
