Dutchess Parks Division Teaches Archery In Poughkeepsie POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. -- The Dutchess County Parks Division will once again offer weekend archery sessions at Bowdoin Park in Poughkeepsie throughout the spring. Beginning Saturday and continuing into May, adults and children ages 8 and older will have the opportunity to review and practice their archery skills. Rilling and the Norwalk Water Pollution Control Authority announced that the City of Norwalk’s Wastewater Treatment Plant will receive $351,824 from the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection’s Nitrogen Credit Exchange Program. Established in 2002, the exchange program was developed by CTDEEP as a management strategy to reduce nitrogen loading discharged into Long Island Sound.
