Identify Westchester Warblers At White Plains Presbyterian Church Event
WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- A Westchester warbler event will be held at White Plains Presbyterian Church, 39 N. Broadway, on Saturday, March 5, from noon-5 p.m. Tom Stephenson and Scott Whittle, authors of "The Warbler Guide" will present a free warbler ID program followed by a three-hour special workshop on "The Warbler Guide: A New System for Identifying and Learning Vocalizations."
The warbler ID program, noon-1:30 p.m., is free. The workshop, from 2-5 p.m., is $50 per person with proceeds going to Westchester Audubon chapters. More event details are available at the group'…

Putnam ARC Seeks 'Secret Gardens' For Annual Tour
PUTNAM, N.Y. -- Partners with PARC, a nonprofit dedicated to securing the financial future of people with disabilities, will host its annual Putnam County Secret Garden Tour on Saturday, June 4, and gardens are needed for this year’s fundraiser. This annual garden tour fundraiser, which supports programs and services for children and adults with autism, disabilities and special needs, was named “Best Garden Tour in the Hudson Valley” by Hudson Valley magazine.
