DANBURY, Conn. -- A personal message with a big theme about race, class and identity will be delivered as a hip-hop performance by a team of millennial performers at Western Connecticut State University in Danbury. Rapper and hip-hop artist Andrew “Fig” Figueroa wrote and stars in “Mixed-Race Mixtape,” a theater presentation that will be presented for the second time at the Student Center Theater on the WCSU Midtown campus, 181 White St., Danbury. Preseason Coach’s Poll Picks Concordia To Finish First
BRONXVILLE, N.Y. -- The eighth-ranked Concordia Clippers have been chosen to finish in first place, according to the recently released Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Men’s Tennis Preseason Coach’s Poll. The voting was conducted by the conference's seven head coaches and announced Thursday morning. Concordia received 49 points, all seven first-place votes in the poll. Chestnut Hill is second with 39 points, while Post rounds out the top-three with 32 points. Fair Lawn Eateries Cook Up Taste Of Our Town Treats
FAIR LAWN, N.J. -- The Fair Lawn Chamber of Commerce is hosting A Taste of Our Town on Monday, Feb. 29.From 6 to 8 p.m. that day at the Fair Lawn Community Center, there will be samples from several restaurants in town. New York, Rockland Hunters Prefer To Target Older Bucks

Tappan Zee Bridge Work Forces Exit, Lane Changes
ORANGETOWN, N.Y. -- Tappan Zee Constructors will continue the final phases of demolition of the New York State Thruway Authority’s former maintenance offices in Tarrytown next week. Crews will remove the roof and walls of the facility before excavating the building’s foundations and garage facilities.
