Diallo was last seen at 2 a.m. in his residence on the 600 block of Elizabeth Avenue, Newark Public Safety Director Fritz G. Fragé said. Alimou was wearing a blue t-shirt and a white diaper. Crossing Guard Struck By Vehicle: Bayonne PD A crossing guard was struck by a car after helping kids cross the street on Monday morning, Sept. 18, authorities said. At 8:30 a.m., the 63-year-old crossing guard was hit by a 4-door white sedan on West 56th Street and Avenue C in Bayonne, police said.
