White Plains City Hall Sells E-zpass Tags WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. – The city of White Plains is now selling E-ZPass tags through the New York State Thruway Authority’s E-ZPass On-the-Go Program. The passes retail for $25 and can be purchased in the city clerk’s office on the first floor of City Hall, 255 Main St. There is no additional cost for getting an E-ZPass tag at an On-the-Go location.
