Man Arrested Twice In One Day In Southeast SOUTHEAST, N.Y. – A man was arrested twice in the same day on charges stemming from incidents at the same gas station in Southeast.  New York State Police from the Brewster barracks arrested John R. Tarr, of Marlborough, Saturday on charges of tampering with physical evidence, a Class E felony. Tarr was also charged with petty larceny, third-degree criminal trespass and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanors. There were upward of 300 youth in attendance.
