Westchester County Parks Offer Events For Weekend
WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- Westchester County Parks has announced the programs scheduled for the weekend at county parks and nature centers.
“These programs not only offer opportunities for learning about our environment and conservation, but are nice activities for families and individuals to enjoy each week,” said County Executive Rob Astorino.

Jazz Singer Karrin Allyson To Play Ridgefield Playhouse
RIDGEFIELD, Conn. -- The Ridgefield Playhouse will host jazz singer Karrin Allyson, a four-time Grammy Award nominee, at 2 p.m. Sunday as part of the No. 109 Cheese & Wine Art, Wine and Jazz series with media sponsor WZBG 97.3-FM.
The playhouse will serve brunch provided by Bareburger showing off its spring menu paired with a Champagne tasting by No. 109 Cheese & Wine. An exhibit of the works of artist Megan Marden, of Danbury, will adorn the lobby, courtesy of Watershed Gallery in Ridgefield.

Westchester Collaborative Presents Reading In Ossining
OSSINING, N.Y. -- The Westchester Collaborative Theater will present its first reading of 2015, a full-length play, "Rosabelle, Believe," at 8 p.m Friday, May 22 and 2 p.m. Saturday, May 23 at the Budarz Theater in the Ossining Public Library, 53 Croton Ave.
The play is written by Joseph Lauinger and directed by Alan Lutwin, executive director of WCT.

Maries Circle Of Singers Performs At Katonah Library
KATONAH -- Marie’s Circle of Singers will perform “Loving & Longing: An American Songbook Evening” at 7 p.m., Sunday, at the Katonah Village Library.
The program will feature popular Broadway, movie, television and radio songs from the 1930s to the '80s, including songs from famous Broadway shows such as "Guys & Dolls," "Annie Get Your Gun," "West Side Story," "Phantom of the Opera" and "Brigadoon."
