The luncheon on Thursday will be catered by Yvonne Parker and will feature a Southern feast of chicken and ribs with all the traditional fixings. New Rochelle Library Budget, Trustee Vote Set For May 19 NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- City residents will have the opportunity on Tuesday, May 19, to vote on the 2015-16 New Rochelle Public Library budget and fill the board of library trustee vacancies, Library Director Tom Geoffino notes. The proposed budget will see an increase of 3.34 percent in the tax levy. This represents an increase of $211,898 in the overall library budget, or an annual increase of $13.41 per household for the average taxpayer (estimate furnished by the city Finance Department.) Funds Grow For Eastchester High School Bleacher Project EASTCHESTER, N.Y. -- The Eagles Sports Club has raised commitments of an additional $5,250 in the Buy a Bleacher Seat Campaign for new seating at Eastchester High School.  Those funds have been received in the gold ($1,000), silver ($500) and bronze ($250) categories.
