Loughman, 93, of Rye, died Sunday, Aug. 30, in Albany. Known as a big teenager by family and friends, she was always ready to go shopping or play a game of any kind, kept up-to-date on the latest news and gossip, and even swam three days a week until the age of 92. She was deeply dedicated to both church and family.  She was predeceased by her husband, John W. Loughman, a son, John C. He was 89.Born in Stamford on Feb. 18, 1926, he was the son of Anthony J. and Assunta (Suzie) Rosati-D’Andrea.  D’Andrea graduated from Stamford High School in 1944. State Issues Air Quality Alert For Armonk WESCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- The state Department of Environmental Conservation has issued an air quality advisory for Westchester County until 11 p.m. Wednesday.  Outdoor air quality levels are predicted to be greater than an air quality index, or AQI, value of 100 for ozone.
