Man Is Charged In Rosie O'Donnell's Daughter's Disappearance NYACK, N.Y. -- A New Jersey man has been charged in relation to the disappearance of Nyack resident Rosie O'Donnell's daughter Chelsea, according to the Ocean County, N.J., Prosecutor's Office. Steven M. Sheerer, 25, of Barnegat, N.J., was charged Friday with third-degree distribution of obscenity to a minor and third-degree endangering the welfare of a child, according to Ocean County Prosecutor Joseph. Paving Will Limit Saw Mill Parkway Access In Chappaqua CHAPPAQUA, N.Y. -- Paving work will limit access at the southbound Saw Mill Parkway Exit 32 from Wednesday to Friday. Paving of Mill River Road (near the Horace Greeley statue) will cause significant delays from Wednesday to Friday between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. The southbound Saw Mill Parkway exit and entrance ramps off Mill River Road at Exit 32 will be closed from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. those days. Stamford Volunteers Launch Back-To-School Shop For Kids STAMFORD, Conn. -- The Back to School Shop, a new, all-volunteer event was launched Aug. 9 at Davenport Ridge Elementary School in Stamford. A total of 125 children from Stamford public elementary schools were able to "shop" for free for brand-new back-to-school outfits and school supplies in a department-store-like setting, created just for them.
