Artist Sheila Mancini Displays Works At Pound Ridge Library POUND RIDGE, N.Y. -- The Pound Ridge Library will host an exhibit of artworks by Sheila Mancini, of Westport, Conn., from Aug. 29 to Oct. 10 in the library's Schaffner Room. Mancini works in textural mixed medium, watercolors, acrylics and collage. She has been a resident of Westport for over 50 years and has a passion for art through the discovery of new mediums and the exploration of new artistic techniques.

Target Posts Stronger-Than-Expected Earnings PUTNAM COUNTY, N.Y. -- Target Corp. has reported stronger earnings than expected for the second quarter, according to a report in the Wall Street Journal.
