She was born Sept. 24, 1935, to the late Jessie Dewitt and Laura Vereen in Conway, S.C. She was formerly employed as a private housekeeper for several families. She was a former member of Trinity Holiness UFW Baptist Church in Bridgeport. She was predeceased by her parents her husband, John Maner, and five children. Concordia Conducts 6th Annual Basketball Camp BRONXVILLE, N.Y. -- Head coach Brian Sondey and the Concordia College men's basketball team held their sith annual summer camp at the Meyer Athletic Center last week.
