Born and raised in North Haven, Connecticut, David was always fascinated with the concept of writing for a large publication and telling other people’s stories. 

He decided to pursue that fascination after high school by attending Assumption College (now University) in Worcester, Massachusetts, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in English/Writing & Mass Communications.

David decided to continue his passion by obtaining a master’s degree in Journalism from Emerson College in 2020. Afterwards, he worked at WBZ NewsRadio in Boston as a digital and broadcast writer covering a wide array of stories.

Now, David is looking to continue his journalistic passions by giving others a platform to share their stories with a larger audience. He predominately covers Daily Voice's counties in the Greater Boston Area: Suffolk, Essex, Middlesex and Norfolk.

Man Charged With Female Roommate's Stabbing Death In Western Mass A man from Western Massachusetts has been charged in connection with the stabbing death of his roommate, the Northwest District Attorney's Office said. Man Seriously Injured In Overnight Stabbing Near Boston MBTA Station: Police One man was hospitalized with serious, life-threatening injuries after has was stabbed overnight near Nubian Station in Roxbury, authorities said.  Police responded for a report of person stabbed to 2179 Washington Street just before 4 a.m. on Monday, July 11, Boston Police said.  Upon arrival, officers found the victim suffering from apparent stab wounds. He was taken to a local hospital for treatment where he remains in stable condition, police said. The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to contact Boston Police.
