Born and raised in North Haven, Connecticut, David was always fascinated with the concept of writing for a large publication and telling other people’s stories.

He decided to pursue that fascination after high school by attending Assumption College (now University) in Worcester, Massachusetts, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in English/Writing & Mass Communications.

David decided to continue his passion by obtaining a master’s degree in Journalism from Emerson College in 2020. Afterwards, he worked at WBZ NewsRadio in Boston as a digital and broadcast writer covering a wide array of stories.

Now, David is looking to continue his journalistic passions by giving others a platform to share their stories with a larger audience. He predominately covers Daily Voice's counties in the Greater Boston Area: Suffolk, Essex, Middlesex and Norfolk.

Johns Hopkins Reinstates Mask Mandate After Spring Break COVID Surge Masks are back in session at Johns Hopkins University after the school reported almost 100 students who travelled for spring break have tested positive for COVID-19. The mandate applies to all students, staff, faculty contractors, visitors and guests, Vice Provost for Student Health and Well-Being Kevin Shollenberger said in a statement. Olney Man Arrested For Sexually Assaulting UMD Students: Police A man from Olney has been arrested for sexually assaulting two students at the University of Maryland this month, authorities said. 16-Year-Old Hospitalized In Baltimore County Shooting: Police A 16-year-old boy is recovering after being shot in Baltimore County earlier this week, authorities said. Armed Student Locks Down Clarksburg Schools A high school student has been arrested for causing a pair of Clarksburg schools to be placed on lockdown, authorities said.
