Born and raised in North Haven, Connecticut, David was always fascinated with the concept of writing for a large publication and telling other people’s stories.

He decided to pursue that fascination after high school by attending Assumption College (now University) in Worcester, Massachusetts, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in English/Writing & Mass Communications.

David decided to continue his passion by obtaining a master’s degree in Journalism from Emerson College in 2020. Afterwards, he worked at WBZ NewsRadio in Boston as a digital and broadcast writer covering a wide array of stories.

Now, David is looking to continue his journalistic passions by giving others a platform to share their stories with a larger audience. He predominately covers Daily Voice's counties in the Greater Boston Area: Suffolk, Essex, Middlesex and Norfolk.

Victim ID'd In Recent Suitland Shooting: Police A District Heights man is dead following a fatal Suitland shooting that happened over the weekend, authorities said. Demarcus Butler, 30, was found unresponsive and suffering from multiple gunshot wounds in the driver's side of an SUV around 5:30 a.m. on Sunday, April 3, Prince George's County Police said. Temple Hills Man Arrested For February Armed Robbery: Sheriff's Office A Temple Hills man has been arrested for robbing a local store earlier this year, authorities said. Nicco Rashaad Young allegedly entered a store with a firearm in the 7200 block of Baltimore Avenue on Feb. 22, the Prince George's County Sheriff's Office said. Gunman Who Shot Victim In Head Captured In Newly Released Video, Baltimore PD Says Baltimore Police are seeking the public's help in identifying a suspect behind a shooting that happened last month.
