Born and raised in North Haven, Connecticut, David was always fascinated with the concept of writing for a large publication and telling other people’s stories. 

He decided to pursue that fascination after high school by attending Assumption College (now University) in Worcester, Massachusetts, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in English/Writing & Mass Communications.

David decided to continue his passion by obtaining a master’s degree in Journalism from Emerson College in 2020. Afterwards, he worked at WBZ NewsRadio in Boston as a digital and broadcast writer covering a wide array of stories.

Now, David is looking to continue his journalistic passions by giving others a platform to share their stories with a larger audience. He predominately covers Daily Voice's counties in the Greater Boston Area: Suffolk, Essex, Middlesex and Norfolk.

National Search Continues For Maryland Teenager Missing Since January The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) is seeking the public's assistance in locating an Anne Arundel teenager who has been missing since January.  Brittany Brodie, 15, has been missing from Harwood since January 27, the NCMEC said.  She is described as a Black female, standing 5-feet tall, weighing 130 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.  Anyone with information is asked to contact Anne Arundel County police at 1-410-222-8610.
