Born and raised in North Haven, Connecticut, David was always fascinated with the concept of writing for a large publication and telling other people’s stories. 

He decided to pursue that fascination after high school by attending Assumption College (now University) in Worcester, Massachusetts, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in English/Writing & Mass Communications.

David decided to continue his passion by obtaining a master’s degree in Journalism from Emerson College in 2020. Afterwards, he worked at WBZ NewsRadio in Boston as a digital and broadcast writer covering a wide array of stories.

Now, David is looking to continue his journalistic passions by giving others a platform to share their stories with a larger audience. He predominately covers Daily Voice's counties in the Greater Boston Area: Suffolk, Essex, Middlesex and Norfolk.

Patrick Wood, 35, of Silver Spring, admitted to using social media to pay social media users in the Philippines to collect pornographic images of children, U.S. District Attorney of Maryland Erek Barron said. Man Shot While Chasing 2 Men He Found In His Car, Anne Arundel Police Say A 40-year-old man was shot by one of two men he was chasing after finding them in his car on Tuesday, March 1, police in Anne Arundel County said. Officers were called to the 500 block of Cairn Road in Millersville just after midnight for a shooting, police said. There, they found the victim, who said he was walking to his car when he saw two people inside of it, authorities said.
