On Sunday, state police arrested 22-year-old Travis Bathrick for second-degree rape and criminal sexual act, both felonies. According to police, on Saturday, May 13, troopers received a report regarding an alleged sexual offense that took place in Pleasant Valley. Lulu, a 12-year-old Maltese, accidentally fell in the grate around 2:40 p.m. and her owner called Ramapo police for help.
