Police Encounter Case Of 'Musical Chairs' In Nabbing Pair In Ramapo RAMAPO, N.Y. -- Ramapo police are still trying to figure out who was behind the wheel of a vehicle that crashed Tuesday near Viola Elementary School in the Village of Montebello after two men switched seats. ROCKLAND COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Thursday morning rollover crash on Cragmere Road in Suffern resulted in minor injuries to a 90-year-old local man and major traffic backups in the area, Ramapo Police said. The crash, which happened around 7:50 a.m. in the area of Yorkshire Drive, occurred after the man lost control of his car, struck a tree and rolled over, police said. The man was treated for minor injuries at Westchester Medical Center.  Also on scene were Ramapo Valley Ambulance Corp., Rockland Paramedics, and Tallman Fire Department.

Wappinger Man, Woman Busted As Gun, Cash, Drugs Seized A Wappinger man and woman are behind bars following a warrant search on Monday by the Dutchess County Drug Task Force that turned up a gun, cash, and drugs.
