Michael Schultz, 36, was arrested on Monday, April 3, after being stopped on Beach Road for several traffic violations, said Lt. Daniel Hylas. During the stop, officers discovered that Schultz was driving on a suspended license and was in possession of nine hypodermic needles, oxycodone pills and 1.8 grams of heroin, Hylas said.
