Lewisboro residents can sleep soundly after being named the No. 1 "Safest City in America!" for the second year in a row by SafeWise. Recent leaks to the Washington Post claim the FBI and the Justice Department obtained a secret court order to monitor the communications of Poughkeepsie native Carter Page with Russian officials. The claims by government and law enforcement officials came to light on Tuesday about the Our Lady of Lourdes grad who worked as an adviser to then presidential candidate Donald Trump, said the Washington Post. Sloatsburg Man Faces Multiple Charges After Police Chase
A Sloatsburg man who took Ramapo cops on a high-speed chase was caught in Mahwah on Thursday afternoon, according to Ramapo Police. The unidentified 24-year-old was first noticed around 4:36 p.m. on Route 17 in the Village of Sloatsburg driving in an erratic manner, police said. The vehicle was observed traveling at a high rate of speed, tailgating, and weaving in and out of traffic. Seen Her? Ramapo PD Seeks Public's Help In Search For Fugitive
ROCKLAND COUNTY, N.Y. -- Ramapo Police are asking for the public's help in locating a woman wanted for criminal possession of stolen property.Sarah Miller, 27, is wanted in relation to an incident that occurred in the Monsey area of Ramapo in October of 2012, police said.
