Police ID Woman Found Disoriented In Hastings-On-Hudson This story has been updated. Authorities have identified a woman who was found disoriented on a public street in Westchester.  The Hastings-on-Hudson Police Department released an image of the woman on social media on Thursday, Oct. 12 after finding her near the Five Corners Nursery on Farragut Avenue.  According to the department, the woman was unable to stand without help.  The woman was later identified with the help of Dobbs Ferry Hospital and picked up by her family.
