Woman, 22, Killed In Multi-Car Crash On Mass Turnpike In Central Mass ID'd: Police A 22-year-old woman died after she was involved in a car crash in Worcester County that sprawled into a multi-car wreck on I-90, authorities said. Man Killed In Springfield Shooting That Injured 3 Others ID'd: DA Police identified the fatal shooting victim from Wednesday as a 42-year-old Springfield man. Three other people were injured in the attack. Teen Who Injured 84-Year-Old At MBTA Station In Boston Held For 60 Days: DA A 15-year-old girl who police say injured an 84-year-old man in an attack at an MBTA Station on Tuesday, Nov. 14, has been ordered held for 60 days, authorities said. A new report from the Massachusetts Department of Health said a woman who died at a Hampden County cannabis facility is the state's first workplace asthma-related death.
