Body Found In Boston Park; Police Investigating Massachusetts State Police are investigating after a man's body was found unattended in a park in Boston.  Troopers were called to Richardson Park at 735 Columbia Road around 8:45 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 3.  Authorities have not released much information about the discovery but said investigators would examine the remains to determine the circumstances leading to his death.  This is a developing story. Woman Embezzled $1.3M From Eastern Mass Business: Police A 36-year-old Norfolk County woman was arrested on Wednesday, Aug. 2, and charged with stealing $1.3 million from her former employer, authorities said. Ashley Sumner, of Weymouth, is charged with larceny over $1,200, two counts of improper use of a credit card over $1,200, four counts of identity fraud, and one count of money laundering, Holbrook police said. Offensive Facebook Post On Police Page Is Hacker Hoax, Central Mass Chief Says An incendiary post on a Worcester County police department's Facebook page about trans people was not written by an officer, the chief promised on Wednesday, Aug. 2. They were hacked.  The post appeared on the Hopedale Police Department's page on Tuesday night, claiming that an officer had shot a trans woman after she showed him her genitals. Do You Know Her? Police Looking For Woman Who Stole Car In Pittsfield Police in Berkshire County are asking for the public's help tracking down a woman they say stole a car recently. Pittsfield police say they have video of her committing the crime.  The car is a grey 2014 Holda Civic. The last three digits on the Massachusetts license plate are Y66.  Anyone who knows this woman or has information on her whereabouts is asked to contact Pittsfield police at 413-448-9700.
