A 4-year-old girl missing since 2019 was found hidden in a cold, wet enclosure under a staircase in a New York home.
Paislee Shultis was reported missing from Cayuga Heights, near Ithaca, in Tompkins County in 2019, before she was located in Ulster County on Valentine's Day, Monday, Feb. 14.

A Connecticut man faces 10 years to life in prison after pleading guilty to child exploitation offenses related to his attempt to engage in sex with a minor.
Hartford County resident Robert Marlin Sellers, age 61, of Bristol, pleaded guilty on Monday, Feb. 14 after being caught in an FBI sting operation, said Leonard C Boyle, US Attorney for the District of Connecticut.
According to court documents and statements made in court, in 2020, law enforcement officials received information that Sellers was sharing videos of child sex abuse on a website that focused on incest.

Pace University Student Dies After Medical Episode On Northern Westchester Campus
Pace University in Northern Westchester is mourning the death of a popular student.
Jordan Robinson, age 20, of Danbury, Connecticut, died following a medical episode on campus Sunday, Feb. 13 in Pleasantville, said Pace University officials.
According to the college, Robinson was a sophomore on the Pleasantville campus.
The college said the Mount Pleasant Police Department, which is in charge of investigating such matters, has classified his death as a medical emergency, awaiting the medical examiner's findings.

Man Accused Of Threatening Patron At Suffolk County Bar, Police Say
A Long Island man was arrested for allegedly threatening another person at a popular bar, police said.
Suffolk County resident Christopher Drew, age 34, of Riverhead, was arrested around 11:45 p.m., on Saturday, Feb. 12 outside of the Craft'D Bar located at 127 St., in Riverhead.
According to police, Riverhead police responded to the bar after receiving a report of shots fired.
When officers arrived on the scene, witnesses said that no shooting had taken place, but Drew had menaced a patron of the bar and had just left the establishment, police said.

Fairfield County Man Arrested For 2009 Sexual Assault Of A Child, Police Say
A Fairfield County man has been brought back to the area from Florida for a sexual assault that took place in 2009.
Jeffrey Jubin, age 59, of Norwalk, was arrested on a warrant on Thursday, Feb. 10, for sexual assault.
According to Sgt. Sofia Gulino, of the Norwalk Police Department, in May 2009, the Norwalk Police Department was contacted by the Collier County Florida Sheriff’s Office regarding an extraditable arrest warrant for Jubin, who was believed to be living in Norwalk.
