Officer Struck By Vehicle On Massachusetts Roadway A large search is underway by Massachusetts State Police after a police officer was hit by a car while attempting to arrest a suspect. The incident happened in Worcester County around 10:30 a.m. on Mechanic Street in Fitchburg. According to the state police, a local police officer who is part of an MSP task force was injured after being struck by a vehicle. West Babylon Man Shot, Killed Aboard Lirr Train In Suffolk County, Police Say A Long Island man was shot and killed while onboard a train allegedly by a person he was traveling with. The Suffolk County Police homicide squad and MTA Police Department are investigating the fatal shooting of Yusef Staine, age 20, of West Babylon, at the Ronkonkoma train station around 1:45 a.m., Wednesday, Feb. 16. CT Woman Arrested After 4-Year-Old Eats THC Edibles, Police Say A Connecticut woman has been charged with a risk of injury to a child after her young son ate several THC edibles he found in an open trash can. Hartford County resident Jenna Sullivan, age 36, of South Windsor, was arrested on Saturday, Feb. 12, on an active warrant for the incident which took place in January. According to Sergeant Mark N.
