Reginald Boyd Jr., age 27, of Shelton, was arrested on Tuesday, Sept. 28, following an investigation by the Shelton Police Department. Reward Offered In Investigation Of Fatal Shooting Of CT Man Outside His Residence Connecticut State Police are offering a $25,000 reward for leads in the murder of an area man in 2017. Steven Devost, age 31, of the Town of Sprague, in New London County, was shot and killed, outside his home on Thursday, Dec. 17, 2017, said the state police. The New London State's Attorney Office has authorized the reward to anyone with information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or people responsible. Jeimy Cintron, age 27, was arrested on Wednesday, Sept. 29 for the stabbing which took place around 1:40 p.m., on Colonial Avenue in Waterbury. Man Charged With Kidnapping Area Woman From Hotel At Gunpoint, Police Say A man has been arrested for allegedly kidnapping a woman from an area hotel at gunpoint. Christopher Reed, age 41, of San Antonio, Texas, was arrested on Monday, Sept. 27, after police responded to the Rodeway Inn on Forest Hill Drive in the town of Ulster for a report of a woman taken at gunpoint.
