Alleged PA Kidnapper Arrested In Texas: Authorities The man who broke into a Reading home last week and tried to kidnap a 26-year-old woman is now in police custody, according to officials.  Yusuf Scott, 27, was arrested in Amarillo, Texas on Sunday, Nov. 19, Reading police said in a release.  Authorities have claimed Scott tried to abduct a woman at gunpoint from her Windsor Street home on Thursday night, Nov. 16.
