Meth, Cocaine Seized From 73-Year-Old's Allentown Home: Police A 73-year-old man faces drug charges after police served search warrants at his Allentown home last week, according to authorities. Police said they removed cocaine, methamphetamine, and marijuana from the Liberty Street residence of John Arthur Berrian on Friday, Nov. 10. A shotgun was also seized, they added. Berrian is charged with possession with intent to deliver and related counts, the police department said. PA Murder Suspect Captured During Connecticut Bank Robbery: Police The prime suspect in a 2020 Luzerne County homicide was arrested this week while robbing a bank in Connecticut, according to state police. Giovanni Morales Jr., 27, of Brooklyn, New York, was arrested in Hartford on Monday, Nov. 13, authorities said. He was previously charged with the June 26, 2020 killing of Jonathan Hernandez in West Hazleton, troopers said. Heads Up: Missing Pet Macaw Last Seen In Montgomery County Authorities in Hatfield are asking residents to keep their eyes peeled for an unusual bird. Yoshi, a 3-year-old Hahn's macaw, went missing near the Hatfield Village Apartments on Saturday, Nov. 11, said police. BB Gun PA Student Took To Elementary School 'Not Intended To Harm,' Police Say Yeadon police stopped by WB Evans Elementary School on Monday after a student showed up to class with a BB gun, the department said. "The student in question was cooperative with police and school security," said borough police. "At no time were any of the students or staff in danger, the student did not intend to harm anyone."
