Joe Lombardi, Daily Voice's Managing Editor, has spent his professional career as a newsroom director, manager, editor, producer, writer, reporter and broadcaster who has worked at major websites, television networks, newspapers, magazines and radio stations and as a book author.

The Manhattan native, Irvington (NY) High School and University of Dayton graduate has been actively involved in web publishing for more than 25 years. In addition, he also has expertise in marketing, public relations and social media.

Lombardi rejoined Daily Voice in September 2013 as managing editor after serving as sports editorial consultant from August 2011 through January 2012. He was named to oversee editorial operations in the fall of 2017.

Carmel Man Convicted, Sentenced In Sexual Abuse Of 14-Year-Old PUTNAM COUNTY, N.Y. - A 30-year-old Carmel man has been convicted on charges that he sexually abused a 14-year-old described as a family friend in the man's home, Putnam County District Attorney Robert Tendy announced Monday. Daniel G. Moloney, Jr., of East Lake Boulevard in the Town of Carmel was convicted of sexual abuse in the first degree, a Class D felony. A pair of separate crashes resulted in gridlock on the Tappan Zee Bridge span during the Monday morning commute on northbound I-87 heading toward Rockland. The first crash blocked the left lane on the span. Ex-Yonkers Schools Chief Used District Money To Buy Porn, Police Say Shortly before his November, 2015 resignation in which he cited health reasons for his departure, Yonkers School Superintendent Michael Yazurlo spent $1,800 of the district's money to download pornography, according to News 12. The downloads inside the district headquarters at Larkin Center occurred over a nine-month period prior to his resignation, according to a police report obtained by News 12 through a Freedom of Information Act request.
