Joe Lombardi, Daily Voice's Managing Editor, has spent his professional career as a newsroom director, manager, editor, producer, writer, reporter and broadcaster who has worked at major websites, television networks, newspapers, magazines and radio stations and as a book author.

The Manhattan native, Irvington (NY) High School and University of Dayton graduate has been actively involved in web publishing for more than 25 years. In addition, he also has expertise in marketing, public relations and social media.

Lombardi rejoined Daily Voice in September 2013 as managing editor after serving as sports editorial consultant from August 2011 through January 2012. He was named to oversee editorial operations in the fall of 2017.

Seen Him? Dover Plains Man's Disappearance Remains Mystery State Police are seeking the public’s assistance to help solve a 27-year-old cold case involving a missing Dover Plains man, Louis Reyes. Louis Reyes was reported missing on Nov. 11, 1989 from the Harlem Valley Psychiatric Center where he was being treated on a voluntary basis for a mental disability. He was last seen at the Harlem Valley Psychiatric Center on Nov. 10, 1989, wearing a blue or gray sweatshirt and jeans. O&R Advises 'Wise' Electric Use With Heat Watch In Effect For Tuesday O&R is continuing its Heat Watch into Tuesday, June 13, and is advising its customers to use electricity wisely during this unseasonably hot weather period. The Heat Watch was issued because the hot weather is expected to drive air conditioning use up higher than normal once again on Tuesday. That increase is predicted to push demand for electricity on the O&R system past 1,300 megawatts, triggering a Heat Watch. Tuesday’s O&R electricity demand is predicted to peak at 1,371 megawatts. O&R’s all-time electric demand record is 1,617 megawatts which was set on August 2, 2006. …
