Men Who Passed Counterfeit $100 Bills Sought In Warren County Two men passed counterfeit $100 bills at two local businesses in Warren County last month, Washington Township police said. Washington Township Police are attempting to locate the two unidentified Black men and said other agencies throughout the state have seen the same men passing counterfeit $100 bills.
