Central PA Man Dies In Work Related Accident A Central Pennsylvania man in his 60s died in a work-related accident Wednesday, officials said. The victim was pinned between a truck and a tree in the 9000 block of White Church Road in Springfield Township around 1:30 a.m. Wednesday, according to York County Coroner Pam Gay. Google Maps shows the address is a cemetery. He was pronounced dead by Chief Deputy Coroner Tanias Zech. The victim's name was expected to be released Thursday with an autopsy scheduled for Friday. The coroner's office, state police and OSHA were investigating.

2nd Slingshot Motorcyclist Dies After Trenton Crash A second slingshot motorcyclist died after a Trenton crash that sent one victim into a nearby canal, authorities said. Michael James, 42, and his passenger, Kevin Kelly, 41, were in the three-wheeled motorcycle when it crashed on Passaic Street around 12 a.m. Tuesday, Trenton police said. Kelly was ejected into the Delaware and Raritan Canal, which runs parallel to the roadway, authorities said. He was pronounced dead. James was found lying in the street and rushed to a local hospital. He later died. The cause remains under investigation by the Trenton Police Department.

Deadly Crash Shuts Route 873 In Lehigh County A female passenger was killed when the driver struck a pole on State Route 873 in Lehigh County Wednesday night. Francis Andres was heading south in a 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 when he failed to negotiate a right-hand turn, crossed into the northbound lanes and entered the eastern shoulder around 10:15 p.m. at the Grove Street intersection in Washington Township, PA State Police Trooper Nathan Branosky said. Ridgewood Native Andrea Bernstein Dies, 36 Ridgewood native Andrea Bernstein died on Aug. 27 at Hackensack University Medical Center. She was 36 years old. Andrea played softball for Ridgewood High School and went on to attend nursing school, working in the operating room for several years, her obituary from the Feeney Funeral Home says. She is survived by her 5-year-old son, Connor; Connor's father, Michael Bernstein; parents William and Cheryl Schroen; her sister Caitlin Schroen; grandmother Jean Schroen; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. NJ Daycare Worker Accused Of Abusing 6 More Children A New Jersey daycare worker previously accused of assaulting two babies was found to have abused six others, authorities announced on Wednesday. Man Shot Outside Journal Square 7-Eleven A 29-year-old man was hospitalized after being shot in Jersey City's Journal Square on Monday evening, authorities said. Police found the man suffering two non life-threatening gunshot wounds in his back around 7:05 p.m., city spokeswoman Kimberly Wallace-Scalcione said. No further information was available.

Authorities ID Body Found By Child In Mount Holly As Brick Township Man Authorities on Wednesday identified the man whose body was found behind a Mount Holly convenience store by a child as a 31-year-old Brick Township man. Sean Reynolds was found dead behind Millerie’s Market & Deli at the corner of Rancocas Road and King Street Tuesday around 12:30 p.m., Burlington County Prosecutor Scott Coffina and Mount Holly Township Police Chief Richard Spitler said. Gunman Wanted In NJ Man's Murder Nabbed In Phoenix A 30-year-old Ohio man wanted for killing a South Jersey man this summer was arrested in Phoenix, AZ, authorities announced. Former Harrisburg Basketball Star Haiishen McIntyre Shot Dead During Pickup Game In NC Haiishen McIntyre died doing what he loved to do most: Playing basketball.
