Authorities ID 3 Dead, 1 Airlifted In Bucks County Crash
Authorities have identified the three people who died and fourth seriously injured in a fiery Bucks County crash Friday. Two cars each carrying two people crashed at 1542 Mountainview Drive in Haycock Township around 11:40 p.m., Pennsylvania State Police said. The vehicles caught fire after crashing head-on. WFMZ identified the four victims citing the Bucks County Coroner's Office. New Jersey State Police and staff members from University Hospital rescued three jet skiers who were stranded in a marshy area on the Jersey Shore. Troopers from the Marine Services Bureau were dispatched to a marsh near the Ocean City Airport around 8:20 p.m. Wednesday, when the mother of one called in the situation to police, New Jersey State Police said. More than 100 neglected cats were rescued from a hoarding situation at a home in South Bound Brook, rescue officials said. Animal control officers from St. Hubert’s Animal Welfare Center were called in to assist local police after a neighbor complained about a foul odor coming from the home, St Hubert's said. Support Surges For Driver Seriously Injured, Dogs Dead In Multi-Car NJ Turnpike Crash
Support is surging for a driver who was seriously injured and lost two of his dogs in a multi-vehicle crash last week on the NJ Turnpike. More than $2,400 had been raised as of June 3 on a GoFundMe for Luis "Big Lou" Nunez, who was seriously injured in the May 26 crash on the southbound side of the highway in Kearny. Lou was airlifted to University Hospital in Newark with eight fractured ribs and a broken arm and a concussion, his wife Lori Vazquez said.
